Elemental Flow is a family-friendly monthly gathering that brings together the power of ecstatic dance with the wisdom of the 5 elements. Each session invites you to move freely through the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and spirit—awakening your body, mind, and soul to the rhythms of life.
Whether you’re new to movement practices or an experienced dancer, this space is open to all, offering a welcoming environment for all ages and backgrounds. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, alive, and connected to yourself and the world around you.
