About the event
Join every Second Sunday for a transformative journey of movement and connection. Elemental Flow is a family-friendly* monthly gathering that brings together the power of ecstatic dance with the wisdom of the 5 elements. Each session invites you to move freely through the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and spirit—awakening your body, mind, and soul to the rhythms of life.
Whether you’re new to movement practices or an experienced dancer, this space is open to all, offering a welcoming environment for all ages and backgrounds. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, alive, and connected to yourself and the world around you. * Music volumes will be reasonable as to protect little ears. Children are welcome to dance in the main room, however parents are responsible for their children at all times. Childcare is also available at an additional cost. Kids 8 years and under dance for free.
